1. Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, so we recommend requesting cancellation as soon as possible after placing the order.
• Once a dispatch/shipping confirmation has been sent to you, the order can no longer be cancelled.

3. Refunds For Cancelled Orders

• If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid (including shipping charges, if any) will be refunded.
• Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
• Actual credit timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead:

• Refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery, or
• Accept the delivery and initiate a return within 7 days as per our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Items That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Customised or made-to-order products once production has begun.
• Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events, once dispatched.
• Gift cards, once issued.

6. Cancellations By PoshWave

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order ourselves, including for reasons such as:

• Stock unavailability of the ordered item.
• Errors in pricing or product information.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
• Delivery address being unserviceable by our courier partners.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
