Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy explains how PoshWave ships your orders, expected delivery timelines within India, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Effective Date: 12 July 20261. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India through trusted third-party courier partners.
- Serviceability of your PIN code is confirmed at checkout. If an address is unserviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During sale events or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will keep you informed.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: approximately 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- Rest of India: approximately 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and the courier partner’s network.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment.
- Any free-shipping promotions will be automatically applied at checkout when their conditions are met.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- If your shipment is significantly delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.
7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code and phone number are complete and accurate. PoshWave is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal), we will contact you. Re-shipment may attract additional shipping charges.
8. Damaged, Lost Or Tampered Shipments
- If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
- If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, we will re-ship the order or issue a full refund.
