Placing an order is simple:

  • Select your favorite products.

  • Add them to your cart.

  • Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Wallet Payments

All transactions are 100% secure.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Currently, PoshWave delivers only within India. International shipping will be launched soon!

You can return eligible products within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order for the item you want.
