    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

    • Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

    • Please mention your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

    • Our team will guide you through the return process.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your returned item.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
